I don’t understand why 17thSoG portrays PPs “Devolution” as an alternative theory to their own?

They’re not mutual exclusive.

Bush might’ve started CoG after 9/11, with the DS/NWO in the driver’s seat.

Trump was brought in by the white hats to end the evil regime, and replaced the DS CoG with his own.

This time with Patriots in control.

When the DS swamp has been totally drained, he will bring the power back to the people.
