The first caveat in all of this is whether or not ballot trafficking/harvesting and electronic vote manipulation will be curtailed enough to prevent a steal. If yes and, If Pennsylvania elects Mastriano as Governor, then Oz will be elected to the Senate. Splitting tickets has become increasingly rare.
