Interesting observation... look at some of these synonyms of "doctoring" something:

falsify

contaminate

manipulate

distort

forge

Nowadays, you can easily attribute those to the actions of most medical doctors.

You did not address my question. The word universe has verse in it. Yet so far as I am aware, our universe is real, not fictional.
