I've spent hours reading about Devolution and COG (the 'Continuation of Government' protocol that was activated just after 9/11 and has never been stopped). One (or some combination of both) may be accurate, but it's complicated to understand.

But here is something simple - and something that all of us already know...

There is some kind of 'Core' embedded within our government that pulls the strings on all the puppets. This 'Core' is where all the power resides, and where all the decisions are made. The 'public faces' just play their part. They cannot deviate from what they are told.

Over the last few decades (before Trump), the bad guys (somehow) created this core, staffed it, and over time they heavily fortified it against all potential attacks. The Congress can't kill it, and the Supreme Court can't touch it. The core is (probably) embedded somewhere in the Executive branch, but it is even fortified against the sitting President. The President, after all, is just another 'controlled public face'. The Core - and only the Core - determines it's ongoing staffing, policy, etc.

The Core was built in such a way that it cannot be breached.

Or so they thought...

When Trump arrived, he (and/or Q team) figured out a way to gain control of the Core. The bad guys had fortified it against a 'controlled' President, but they never counted on someone like Trump. ("They Never Thought She Would Lose")

Now that Trump/Q controls the heavily fortified Core, the bad guys are up against the monster that they themselves created. They cannot breach it, and any remaining weaknesses have been closed. Congress and the 'current President' have no control over the Core. They 'created the castle', but now they are outside. The ownership has changed. ("Castle Clean"?)

An interesting side-question is 'How does the Core exert it's influence?' Could it be that the Core is the repository of all the blackmail? If so, the 'public faces' are now caught in a crossfire. For decades, the (hidden) puppetmasters have had complete control over the (public and hidden) puppets. But what happens when competing sides have access to the same strings? And what happens to a puppet's brain when it knows that it can be forcefully pulled in two separate directions? ("We have it all.")

I think that once Trump gained control of the Core, he was completely justified in saying 'Nothing Can Stop What Is Coming'. The bad guys are now locked out of their own castle. What we are now witnessing is an extremely painful (but necessary) 'wake up call' to the population.

The end is pre-determined.
