so what do they do about Spanish transfer students? Persians? Eastern Europeans? Israelis?

They'd probably enjoy talking and speding time with with other immigrants and multicultural people...but now they're technically banned from there. White Hispanics too..

This is definitely going to lead to someone getting sued.

Also if their pipes burst or they need an HVAC or exterminators?? What then? How do they insure not a single white person?
