The attached link is from Patriots.win. Several comments say the houses were purchased by Blackrock after the illegals started entering the country.

Most counties in U.S. have a parcel record, online, where you can zoom to a property and get the purchase info and other info on it. However, unless a purchase was made far enough ahead of the date the records are compiled for posting online, only the previous purchaser will be listed.
