People often equate intelligence with knowledge or a college education with either. If you have the ability to memorize, you can get through college. Intelligence requires the ability to think. And so few people bother any more.

That used to be the defining characteristic / criteria, for someone pursuing higher-education. They've purposely changed it to demoralize high-IQ rebels and empower kowtowing midwits. All our diamonds and pearls were intentionally hidden under a gallon of shit, by the usual suspects.
