Please correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't big pharma's immune from liability because of the emergency health act (I forget the official name) that was declared by both Trump and Brandon?

That was immunity if everything was done without fraud. Since there is evidence the pharmas faked data and did other things to get the EUA, it would seem, from a legal standpoint (I'm not a lawyer), that their protection from liability would be removed.
