Just a thought that probably already has been done to some degree. Someone should compile (or collective group) and create a spreadsheet that can be shared/downloaded and printed for the masses should no one know how to access any specific sites later on.

If I get a large lost of sites, I can make a script to do this really fast and I can post the results.
