A Class action lawsuit would make things interesting
I would like to see this tied to the PayPal 1099 bs for online transactions.
What about all the other rights violated? Maybe the court should look at 5th amendment violations with forced reporting.
Let the games begin.
Show us the law that says we have to pay an income tax. What law is that?
That's right, there is no law, only the threat of force you put on us.
My solution is to get the state to sponsor a usury law that makes it a felony for any federal usury agent to enter our state with the intent of contacting a state citizen.
Any crime they think may have been committed has to be vetted by the state. The state can refuse still to let them in.
Sheriff's would be bound to enforce against any actions the federal agents attempt. Arrest and felonies for the crime. Also, Florida should ban the practice of an employer taking out federal taxes, ssi and Medicare from our checks.
If they show up here I'll be calling my local sheriff.
