I've been wanting to see this house for some time and I did so recently. It was awesome! I love the architecture and style. It had to have been a precursor for MCM style.

We had a short trip, but we had a good time; and I was the only one who was interested in seeing this house, but my guys waited patiently for me while I did so.
The only FLW building I got to see was the Guggenheim Museum. As for Residentials, his Fallingwater was one of his better designs. Its modern lines was way before his time and yet, sits so perfectly in nature.
I hope to see that one someday.
That's about 60 miles from me, I'm definitely going! Thanks for the tip. I grew up in Buffalo, NY and we had several there.
I love those house in Buffalo, too. But only saw the Martin House after the remodel was just started.
How neat! I hope you enjoy it!
How cool! I've seen Price Tower in OK, his only "skyscraper." It was really neat, too. The elevator was tiny and impractical.
Whaaat, Im an Okie too. Tuttle
Bartlesville...old oil money, as you know.
Nice, I live how he worked his houses around nature. A wonderful creative mind.
He definitely was! Some of it wasn't exactly user-friendly, but it is certainly inspiring!
