You cannot search "serbia" or "serbian" in LinkedIn and get back any results, you have to go through their recent activity and search through it. After initial post link loads, you scroll down to the bottom and it takes several seconds to load 3-4 posts.
Because you can translate posts on linkedIn to your language, an actual article like exists somewhere in a different language and keywords like "Serbian woman 8 year old dress ministry of education" won't pop up with anything if the article is written in a different language.
Now the photograph of the woman is real, it exists online. It at the very least exists on this website. I screenshot it and reverse image searched to find where it led me.

You can try any reverse image search platforms and they'll give you pictures of red heads but no picture of this woman. That means this was likely scrubbed from the internet/LinkedIn or is buried down far in this guys LinkedIn posts. Meaning, there likely was something there but it is being censored (even the picture on this site) so we won't ever know for sure.
We have no idea when the post was made because of the way LinkedIn has programmed their UI. I have looked through this guys posts for the past 2 weeks and this is what I can find on Serbia (Which you can't find by searching).

I never claimed it didn't happen or that it's impossible that this happened, it's just that i didn't experience anything like this when I went to school, and my nephew who is around the same age as the kid in the post also doesn't have stuff like that going at his school.

Find a way to gather the links into a searchable database. A personal Discord server can be very good for this but there are many problems with Discord selling your data and one day shutting down your account (there are ways to download a Discord server for offline use, I can send you a link to the github if you'd want to go that route).
When you have a larger database with a better search function than this sites, you can start to recall relevant and important info at will and send to others. Thats when you can begin informing others and getting a broader viewpoint. It takes time but it is valuable.
