Oh for Gods sake. He is actually telling you eagles are getting killed by the wind turbines. They are killing all kinds of birds in the sky it is not a code it is common sense. Thats why wind turbines should not be used. We h ave them here on Manitoulin Island too. Eagles and Hawks are getting harder and harder to find when they used to be all over the place.
