Didn't say they didn't matter. They do work. But the establishment uses endorsements to herd us into pens and we need to be better and more informed voters. Why should ANYONE'S opinion about a candidate matter more than mine?
Everyone has an opinion and everyone should seek their own understandings in life.
Personally, I do not have the reach that Steve Bannon does when it comes to sharing information with millions of people. I also have not worked for President Trump as Steve has. For all I know, Bannon and Trump are still good friends and still talk political strategy as they once did in 2016.
I think the main reason Bannon Endorsed Greene was to troll the left. Being elected Speaker of the House is not an election we directly participate in anyways. This is an election among house members, not citizens.

So the guy who pushed the idea of making President Trump the Speaker endorsed Marjorie Green. Kind of reminds me when he introduced us to General McInerney’s story about Hammer and Scorecard, then yelled about his listeners focusing on the voting machines.
Yawn. Endorsements are old guard establishment insider games. Think for yourself. Make them earn your vote.
Endorsement work. Look how many endorses by trump won.
So why has Trump made about 230 endorsements if endorsements don't matter?

Trump has steadfastly refused the idea of being speaker of the house. Found it amusing though.
Maybe Trump doesn't want to be Speaker because he is already the rightful President?
