I just didnt hire them. Selected better applicants. They got interviewed but always got polity told they were not selected.

How many showed up for an interview? Is this…are you seeing an increase or just occasionally?

Smallish town where I live so the only one I’ve seen is a yuge dude (6 ft something, linebacker in a dress, lipstick and 5 o’clock shadow) working at Walmart.
