Oh! Nice to see police action working in its intended purpose, appropriately using public resources to do their jobs!
Nice to know they found Farmer John's old revolver that fell off his hip and into the water, back in 1963 when he was out on the lake on a fishing expedition. Farm John loved that trusty sidearm. He'd sit next to it on the couch while watching reruns of his favorite show GUNSMOKE.
That looks like it's been at the bottom of a lake since 1948 or thereabouts.

Looks more like they got it from #underthestreets.

Does my heart a bit sore to see a firearm in that state. Especially a revolver as I’m quite fond of them.
But the pic reminds of the time the NYPD posted a picture of the Gel Guns they seized. All proud and shit and got ripped apart in the comments.
Gel Guns for those who aren’t aware is in essence an Airsoft gun. But instead of metal/plastic BBs. It fires gel capsules of water.
Essentially squirt guns but for older kids.
