Gang of 8. You are known by the company you keep.
In my opinion, the gang of 8 is 100% unconstitutional. This is the corrupt crew that ran roughshod over Trump with Spygate and Russia, Russia, Russia.
The Intelligence Community, the 4th Branch of Government, is supposed to be overseen by the Gang of 8. I think the IC controls who gets to be in the 8 and the roles are reversed.
The reason I feel the gang of 8 is unconstitutional is because it puts the power and control of sensitive government information in the hands of 8 people instead of the 535 elected by the people (100 Senators, 435 congressman).
The legislative branch, the branch most representative of the people's voices, is condensed into 8 people. Corrupt and control those 8 people and one can control the entire branch of government.
In my opinion, this is exactly what has happened.
