Ok, the problem is not the sex work recruiter. It is the oldest profession etc. Also that part is there to get your attention.
However, I DO have a problem with the law that says cut the benefits of someone who refuses a job.
Statistically 10% of people are unemployable. They either don't want to work, and view themselves successful living on the dole. This in comprehensible to those seeking equity, because they think everyone is in the same boat. No, they are not. Some bums see themselves as successful, deal with it.
Or, some unemployed are literally of an IQ, whereby stuffing envelopes is too arduous. These people are rejected by the military, and so they should be, they are long term beneficiaries, and there is nothing one can do about that.
The third lot are people who are actively seeking a job, and want to work, so they use the labour job search at the unemployment office. Those willing jobseekers are the people this law goes after, when they use their discretion and turn down something that is not suitable.
It is barberous to cut off people's benefits, especially if they turn down or fail to get a job.
Sure, I don't want to get into an argument over welfare payments. I am a conservative, but I think there is utility in keeping some people in a little survival money... and it keeps the supermarkets in business. Most people don't stay there very long, but some people do. Without it life is chaos, and supermarkets would have to employ excessive surveillance to stop looting.
