I have brain fog and forgetfulness after COVID but not the shots. Annoying. Slowly getting better though.
This…wife and I had covid in November, brain fog and memory have been terrible since then. I took high vitamin D, quercetin and zinc and several months straight. Helped me beat covid but not the brain fog.
Increase exercise.
Also, intermittent fasting helps. Autophagy kicks in after not eating for 24 hours.
This is true, I used to do fasting and had tons of energy…been a bit fat an layin around lately lol

Try MSM. It’s touted for joints but I find increased mental acuity and reflexes in my case. Excellent memory recall, too!
Lithium orotate. A trace mineral that is supposed to be in all our drinking water. Start at 5 mg. Your brain fog wil disappear
Careful, LO also lowers dopamine levels (increasing COMT activity). So other functioning may take a hit
