I can see some anti US country (hello China) offering him Citizenship and a passport in a pinch. And, there's that little nagging issue of a porous US southern border. Walk into Mexico, fly out of there. Some significant cash to a cartel will get you safely wherever you need to go, I hear. (Spez... 'Watch the wives')
