this day and age on the interwebs, people that are still unaware of the term swatted? its like people being confused with wiping your data from devices, you know, like with a cloth.
We still have people who somehow don't know what "woke" even means, dad has a good handle on it (and damn well knows what swatted means) but I've given up trying to get mom to understand it at all.
I saw a clip of a stream the other night where the millenial streamer suddenly was talking about wanting to watch the new Lord of the Rings crap and complaining about how her mom "used some zoomer word" calling it woke garbage and then it became hilarious as chat blew up about how based her mom is which only flustered her even more as she didn't seem to understand what that word meant either.

Wiping a phone with a cloth is a complete lack of tech knowledge. Like, either 80 years old or mentally incapacitated.
Swatted is a term that is certainly niche in that it's relegated to a specific occurrence which is comparatively rare
