I noticed in the wiki of Natural Person something very interesting, although it doesn't really pertain to this. There's a meme out there I'm sure many of you have seen, that shows a dog carrying a pistol in his harness. The meme asserts that it is not illegal in any state for a dog to conceal carry a gun even if it is illegal for a person. Well...

People v. Frazier, 173 Cal. App. 4th 613 (2009). In this case, the California Court of Appeal explained: "Despite the physical ability to commit vicious and violent acts, dogs do not possess the legal ability to commit crimes."
