Russia doesn't need to expand it's army to defeat Ukraine.

Russia is getting alert about possible NATO force invasion into Ukraine. This winter, when the SHTF in Europe due to fuel crisis and food rationing begins... the European leaders will have a distraction to prevent serious public unrest.

Watch for NATO forces to come up with a "need" for armed conflict with Russia by January. Likely it will involve a false-flag attack on a NATO nation, blaming Russia.

Russia is simply getting ahead of it by creating a larger civilian army. Unfortunately for them... this NEVER works well. The untrained civilian army may be a good support for the REAL military fighters... but they would be easily defeated in open combat against better trained NATO forces.

I believe that, if it comes to true NATO forces at war against Russia... they will resort to using nuclear weapons immediately.
