I assumed that it was initially a Nazi project that was rekindled here in the US.

Possible German abbreviation for:

🟢 Meister Kontrolle (Master Control)

🟢 Mann Kontrolle (Man)

🟢 Marionette Kontrolle (Puppet)

🟢 Mord Kapazität (Murder Capacity)
