Forgiveness is like when a creditor cancels a debt.
Thievery is when you take money from people without their consent and give it personally to others.
It's not like a tax that you pay for security or for roads, etc. It's thievery.
This was done to buy votes. Stealing money from people to buy votes, and nothing else.
