In reality it's even more sketchy for the pleebs who try to get this.

let's say you have 30k loan you paid off in 2020 But want the refund.
call and refund your 30k loan.
they give you 30k back
they reopen your 30k loan.
you hope and wait for biden socialism to kick in.
when it does you get 20k, so now you have 50k
now you pay back the 30k loan
if it's past the forgiveness freeze of interest you have to pay interest on it too.
