I think this sentence isn't right. The governments had told us that only a vax would stop the lockdowns, they had planned for several years of lockdowns while a vax was developed, declared safe and made mandatory.

THerefore, they had to set us free from the lockdowns when warp speed produced an early vax (which had actually already been developed and manufactured in secret by the cabal)
