Yeah it's time. Pray. God is answering prayers right now. If you're not sure what to pray for, start with truth, it has to come out, justice, they deserve the Lord God's justice for what they have done to every human on this planet, freedom from the bonds of slavery we have all been born in, and a mass Exodus of the evil doer from this planet.
