The top of the head is the 7th Chakra and is associated with "connection to the divine". You would need to investigate which deep thoughts and feelings she was having during her "COVID". What was the cause of her "COVID"? (Not a virus). She purged energies that could not be integrated. What were they? They'll have something to do with the hair loss, probably.
