I think every culture cooks some of the best food.

Also, Mexican is a lot of different ingredients. Many "basic" seasonings alone have more than 5 ingredients. Mole is essentially chocolate (cocoa) and chiles which ends up being delicious.

It's like you're conflating Tex Mex, or specifically Taco Bell, with Mexican cuisine.

That's just as retarded as calling them breakfast burritos.
