I think these kinds of memes are put out by people who are trying to counter what the truthful memes are saying on this issue, and many others. They think, and rightly so, by putting out ridiculously, easily proven false, information, it will cause people to ignore the truthful information on an issue. Sort of like the "lizard people ruling the world" as a way to discount the globalists control of the world, or "child eating pedophiles", as opposed to just plain pedophiles.
