Intentional negligence, everyone at that school should be sued into oblivion. Imagine if a mentally ill person walks into a doctor's office and instead of helping the patient with treatment, the doctor encourages the mental illness and ignores treatment. In a sane world, CPS would be investigating the school AND the parents.
