New ballots must be printed with a section for POTUS. Brand. New. Ballots. A month before the election. All those pre printed ballots would go to waste. No “we found ballots in the closet.” It would be impossible.

Years ago, back when people read newspapers, folks would occasionally place an ad for a certain amount of days/weeks to state something publicly. It had a legal effect. Now the internet is our public forum. I was just wondering if Trump posting something asking for a remedy could be considered the same thing.
