Reminds me of Aesop famous fable, "The Emperor Has No Clothes".

For some time now, Ive viewed Trump as the emperors troll tailor AND as the kid who while the preening emperor walks around naked while his couriers ooh and ahhh over his new gown, breaks the spell by telling the truth.

Now Trump needs as many people as possible to be that truth telling kid too.

Trump, knowingly or not, is what sociologists call "The First Dancer". This dancer has the courage to defy the social control spell. However, its the "Third Dancer" that finally breaks the social control spell preventing a crowd from joining in.

There are You Tube videos about this phenomenon that can be found using the key words "Third Dancer Phenomenon". These videos are visually powerful and profoundly evocative.
