EOs are not law. They do not trump [legal] federal statutes nor the Constitution. Trump is not currently POTUS, this is unfortunately reality. Fortunately, if my theory, built off nudges by Norman_F_Dixon, CHAOS_ACTUAL and others from what I've termed the "covfefe crew", is correct, then Joe Biden is also NOT President. So if not Trump and if not Biden, then who? 🤔
I contend that DJT 25th'd himself in Oct 2020 (and may have resigned), which would certainly make it possible, and constitutional, that we've had an Acting POTUS ever since... and that Acting POTUS could be either Mike Pence or Mike Pompeo
