My understanding of the term thing is that an act of war was committed against the USA and President Trump's authority as Commander in Chief was extended. So it's still his first term.
That reminds me: President Trump sealed Cheyenne Mountain (which houses NORAD, U.S. Strategic Command, U.S. Air Force Space Command and U.S. Northern Command) in March of 2020 IIRC. Biden and his cohorts have been mysteriously unable to open it back up. Wonder why? :P
Sounds reasonable. Regarding NORAD you are correct that it's a mystery but the last thing we need is the Satanists to get control of that place. I like your thinking.
