Silly question then…. If he is still legally our president, do you think that will prevent him from becoming president in 2024?.. because he is only allowed 2 terms?
The exception is due to Executive Orders. Derek explains that Trump is lawfully respected as the president through the EOs being recognized by appropriate military leadership. Everything we are experiencing is a fake psyop to maintain order and ease the awkwardness of the inevitable rude awakening for so many irresponsible citizens. "It had to be this way" comes to mind. I do not think the 2 term limit is going to override his ability to run again for 2024 given the colossal operation being pulled off right now.
^^^This. Nicely summarized. Q also responded to an anon question and stated there is a plan for "after Trump". I'm not worried about the nuance of term limits right now - fixing the nation is first priority and Trump won't turn over the reins until the time is right, IMO. Tagging u/Patriotwoman9 u/#q2609
Good comment. Just FYI, it's "reins" for this saying.
Thanks, fren - it didn't feel right when I typed it, so I looked up the correct usage (after you commented) and now I've got it right lol.
THIS! ^
But what about the Constitution? The 22nd amendment limits all presidents to two terms and does not give any exceptions, important military operations or not.
In the video, Derek suggests that the constitution comes after the base of our military's law and was created 12 years after the origins of our military. There were 7 years of revolutionary war followed by another 5 years of thinking it through before the constitution. Our military, more specifically, key Generals in our military, are currently carrying this country on the authority of pre-constitution laws. It is possible that everything added after the incorporation of 1871 will be re-visited and it is also a possibility that Trump and company will recognize he's 6 years into 8 and he may not actually run again. All of what's happening in front of the masses is a psyop. We are in uncharted waters fren. I like to think that the good guys pulling this off in the background are doing it lawfully in as gentle of a way as they can so as to maintain peace in the world and especially in our streets. They could have flexed and just busted things up. It seems they are exercising a soft determinism allowing us to be freaked out at times over our country becoming a dumpster fire rolling down hill toward a cliff. Even letting citizens choose poorly for themselves concerning injections. The end goal is a restoration of responsible liberty in the hearts and mind of the people while restoring this country to its foundation. I'm thinking the constitution will be upheld and, because of the necessary psyop, it probably won't be what we were expecting when it happens.
I hope the "corporation" gets dissolved. I have internal monologues of yelling at "judges" (British nobles) that they are British nobility, and that I'm not anyone's property, nor property of a corporation. If they have a heart attack or stroke right there on the "bench," that's too fucking bad.
What should we call them after the great awakening? Definitely not a title of nobility. Arbitrator? How about "lawyers?" "Bailiffs?" Sorry, I've never been run through the "legal system" for anything, but I've apparently got a justice boner to see the entire current structure get destroyed.
Admiralty and maritime law
There is one exception, if a vice-president fills in for less than half of another's term, that person can have up 2 two more full terms. So, almost 10 years (shy one day) in office, legally.
Good point, thank you. The 22nd definitely contemplates that exactly as you described
Depends which Presidential line you follow mate …. Ie post corporation or pre…. 😉

You don't understand that pre-1871 theft of our country will be our destination. Not the 1951 ratification of the 22nd Amendment. Our country was hijacked by these swindlers. We lost our country because of Lincolns illegal war on the South.
I will admit that I do not understand this well. So the Constitution is not in effect?
But if this has been a fake psyop, why have so many things been going horribly? There is a lot of fake news, but the price increases are very much real.
What price is too great to pay when it comes to saving a country? People getting poor and struggling to feed their families, or people being forced into the battlefield to try and retain their country? We are safe, Q(auntum) told us we are. They aren’t going to be dragging us into the street to stack us up in busses to be hauled off.
The trials and tribulations are light in comparison to the war of 1776.
Either President Trump is in charge behind the scenes or he's not. I see so many posts about the Democrats destroying America and it's what I'm seeing around me. Yet, other people keep saying President Trump is still in charge. We need some clear guidance on this, we can't have it both ways.
IMO the defunct corporation is still acting as though it is alive, though it is dead. All the bad stuff they do....they are actually doing.
Um. Derek explains that Roosevelt served 4 terms and would have served two more if he hadn't died. This was the other time (WW2) in US history that the military was in control. The two term thingie is for civilian presidents.
The 22nd amendment was made because of him. Prior to the 22nd amendment, we didn't have Presidential term limits.
It was just tradition.
Ratified vs 1871 though
Passed in 1947. Ratified in 1951. Both of which as a direct result of how many terms he had.
This would be an unprecedented situation, and has Constitutional concerns, but then the true Constitutional crisis usurped the White House anyway.
That's when we lost our country.
The term limits were enacted AFTER FDR. And the 22nd Amendment does not distinguish between “military” and “civilian” presidents.
That implies we could have a separate president and commander in chief of the military.
The president of the United States as commander in chief was technically a different role than the position of the president acting as CEO for the corporation with was (EOP) I think that Donald Trump continued to be president of the United States while Joe Biden took over the role of CEO of the defunct incorporated United States. That's how there are two presidents. All those backing and siding with the Joe Biden admin are guilty of treason because they are running a government parallel to the actual government which is acting in secret for optics. This also explains why the Biden admin has been such a failure and the need to print so much money.
How? Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution provides that “The President shall be commander in chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the militia of the several states.” How is that ambiguous?
Do you find it hurts his credibility when it's pointed out that the 22nd amendment came after FDR?
The guy is on the Charlie Ward show, that alone ruins his credibility.
He’s not interested in credibility, look at the information.
Prolly, but we might have to question why the 22nd amendment was added the first place. FDR was voted in. and in, and in. The 22nd amendment curtails the people's vote.
Mind you that does not eliminate voter fraud, it only limits possibilities.
I think if we go back to the United States of America and do away with the United States Corporation, the term limited president, written for FDR, will be become null and void. This is what Lin Wood thinks.
In the beginning, the president was chosen by the Congress, which was how Gerald Ford was chosen and, in the beginning US Senators were chosen by state legislations.
You know Gerald Ford was appointed to VP by Nixon after Spiro Agnew resigned for tax evasion, and the.pen became POTUS after Nixon resigned, right?
Yes, and the debate centered around his appointment could lead to the presidency.
I didn't answer this correctly. Nixon nominated him. The congress confirmed the choice.
Considering capitalized letters as names, wouldn't it be these united states of America? It's essentially different sovereign states with a federal government regulating trade both inside and outside the borders.
I never put 'citizen' after 'sovereign'. 50 separate entities (13 at the time) of which you may be a resident of, not governed by a central government, but having interstate trade be regulated.
I find his analysis the most steady and consistant though this whole time. He's maintained:
Calling someone whack is lazy. I've watched a deep state operation unfold against him and have observed many "conservatives" really turn out to be deep state agents.
I haven’t seen anything about Lin Woods in awhile but I wondered a long time ago if he was wacko or if it was a “truth is stranger than fiction” kind of thing. 🤷🏼♀️ What has been coming out about him?
Women will not be allowed to vote either which will have conservative Christian women jumping for joy.
Not true. I know many Christian conservative women who would not be thrilled if they couldn't vote anymore.
I've seen enough in my life. I don't want them near a ballot.
That is irrelevant. Trump is the President of the Constitutional Republic not the President of the DC Satanic Corporation. It is my understanding this will be a rollback to pre-1871 United States. He will be President as long as he is supported by fair secure elections even if he is 95 years old and sleeps on a med bed every night.
I'm not wild about an unlimited-terms presidency. Hello, possible dictatorship...or hello, dynasty of control.
Who do you think H Bush, W Bush, Clinton, Obama were? Selected puppets to serve the Satanist dictator communists.
Get the elections secured and roll back to the pre 1871 Constitution.
I wouldn't mind if we got Trump to be president for the rest of his life because we can trust him. It's his successors that we should be concerned about abusing power.
Working the "three term monte." How is anyone going to know for sure that he is President; and if in devolution, Trump is not presiding over the country the combatant commanders are. Legally the President can serve for 10 years due to some quirk I cannot recall. If true, Trump comes back soon or waits for military to begin the cleanup and runs in 2024. I think he waits for the cleanup.
The quirk is that if you only serve 2 years due to becoming POTUS due to being the VP when the president can’t serve the remainder of his term (think LBJ becoming president after the Kennedy assassination or Ford after Nixon resigned), then you can still serve 2 full elected terms. Hard to see how that is applicable to DJT?
