I posted a few days ago about the COVID outbreak in my recovery community. Well, the inevitable happened and I too caught the coof.
Now that I have danced with the devil I can in all honesty say that COVID is...really not that bad (at least in my case).
Symptoms were pretty bad for like 2 days and now today they are pretty quickly disappearing: still have diarrhea and a slight headache feeling that now comes and goes, but I can now smoke full cigarettes again without feeling extra sick. Legs are still tired/sore but not a big deal and I now have my energy back.
The only treatment I used was a multivitamin yesterday and some Sierra Mist.
(Obligatory "This is not medical advice")
They are designed to eliminate lung inflamation and reduce your reaction to toxins basically. So you can smoke more. The reason cigarettes seem to do more in this area is due to them being more highly engineered than pipe or cigar tobacco products.
