Dan Woods, the expert mentioned, is ex-cia and works for a cyber security company now called "F5."

I couldn't access the theaustralian.com.au article because of paywall, but found Woods' blog post on F5 from July that basically states the same stuff.

I'm a tech guy. F5 is well-known in the cybersecurity space. We use their load balancer and layer 7 firewall products. High quality stuff.

I would say that Dan Woods is extremely credible on this topic.

I'm quotelexic. I randomly throw them around words or titles that don't require them, or leave them off stuff that does. It's a disability I live "with" daily. 🙃
