All you have to do is check a box. Nobody is going to check on you, and if they do, just claim "Hispanic" ancestry and piint out that most Spaniards are white. Been doing it for years.

But Latino includes white English speakers from Belize (British Guyana), white Dutch speakers from Surinam (Dutch Guyana), and white Portuguese speakers from Brazil, none of whom are Hispanic :)

Hispanic: people who are descended from Spanish speaking culture or ancestry, regardless of race or national origin. Per US census guidelines.
