Wave of "unexplained deaths" coming with fall college sports and NFL?

I've been wondering if the increased cardio activities associated with football and other fall college sports will result in a significant increase in cardiac events/deaths associated with the jabbed athletes getting back out there.

Fauci is reported to run every day, which is supposed to exacerbate vax reactions. . He is nearing 80 yo and supposedly fully boosted. And he has nothing wrong with him? Nor do any of members of congress or Bowden's staff?
