I just moved to N Florida from NJ. Best decision I ever made. The locals are some of the nicest people I have encountered. All my neighbors are from NJ/ NY. seems like alot of like minded people had the same idea coming here. They all seem very cool. The cost of living seems to be a lot less than up North. Our taxes are around the same.

Everything in Florida is better imo. My son has thanked me for moving here everyday since we arrived over a month ago.

I lived in Arkansas for 25 years. Great state and people. The NW territory has a lot to offer.
