It is NOT Dominion. It IS Congress who allows all electronic voting software from any vendor to be vender proprietary information... Under the law.

No one allowed to look at the software to see how it is tabulating the votes throughout the day. More restrictions in Las Vegas! The source code is viewed 24 hours a day in Las Vegas.
