Lots of mind altering drugs meant to calm his dementia. The man is sick and they continue to prop him up so they won't have to install Kamala. This is a sad situation for America that the left couldn't even field two decent candidates. Hope their voters will stay with these two folks cause its getting ugly out here in mid America.
