At the time I had an overwhelming feeling from years of research that the "lockdown" was to keep people bunkered while sweeps were done. At this point, people are walking IP addresses so it thinned out traffic. This is the only way it makes sense from a tactical standpoint.
And with that very "Patriots in Control" line of thinking, it stands to reason that heavily Clown infested countries would be more lockdown crazy than others.
