I agree it looks weird. Could be a deep fake, or maybe in this case they tried to hide an ear piece in there with makeup and prosthetics. We'll never know...unless they rip the mask off in public!

I think the ear lobes are the prosthetic holding transmitter.

Also the most likely place for Obama to be is in the closet.
