Good catch. This is not a proper position. It should be attention, parade rest, rest, at ease. Neither of those have hands in front.
I don't ever recall being in this position when in the military. I wonder if these guys are even Marines at all. (All that being said, I was in the Army, not Marines. I don't know if their drill positions are different than soldiers, or if they are different for WH guards, embassy guards etc...)

Yes I believe it is called the guards stance.
I looked for some videos of a president enter or debarking from Marine 1, i do not see this posture. Its attention, salute, then attention again and a last movement to parade rest.
I edited my previous comment, noting that I did a little quick research and apparently the Marines have a modified Parade Rest with hands at front.
Or they are working the remote.
