Wealthy people & celebrities have personal wardrobe people. They don’t go out shopping for an awards show event. Especially when you are wearing designer clothes. Some have a very large clientele. The same women dresses most of the country music artist. I used to know her name and account but it’s been a while. They tag those people in post during special events.
