Found this from May 2021 in a Texas State Committee hearing. The FDA refuted this claim as did the drug companies. Like the other info available, "fact checkers" aren't exactly exemplary truth-tellers these days.
"... Hall: And have you seen any other vaccine that was put out for the public that skipped the animal test?
Farella: Never before, especially for children.
Hall: And what I have read, they actually started the animal tests and, because the animals were dying, they stopped the tests.
Farella: Correct.
Hall goes on to say that the American citizens are now the guinea pigs. The state senator is not a physician and has been cited by Texas media for spreading COVID treatment and vaccine misinformation. ..."
.
Edit: one-minute video on Senator Hall stating the above.
"... The Food and Drug Administration granted Emergency Use Authorizations for Pfizer and Moderna based on safety and efficacy information obtained in studies using mice, rats, hamsters, and monkeys,. ..."
"... Some labs turned to mouse models of infection early in the COVID-19 pandemic only to find that mice don’t get infected with SARS-CoV-2. In order to infect cells, SARS-CoV-2 must bind to a human protein called ACE2. The human and mouse ACE2 proteins are different, and SARS-CoV-2 does not bind to mouse cells. Scientists overcame this problem by generating mice that can express the human version of ACE2 and can therefore be infected with SARS-CoV-2. When these genetically modified mice are infected by the virus, they lose weight and become sick in ways that are similar to what happens when people are infected with the virus. ..."
I recall in my search some discussion about different types of rodents, how some can't contract Covid. If I think of it tonight/later I'll try to dredge that up for you.
Can someone post a sauce for the testing on humanized mice and monkeys?
Big claims like this require sauce for redpills.

Edit:. Dr. Lee Merritt, as referenced in the above article. This claims the jab was tested on cats and ferrets, not mice and monkeys.

The following article indicates that both mice and monkeys were used in the testing of the Covid "vaccines".

Awesome work! I'm wondering where the "humanized" comes from...
