It was passed after he passed.
As far as FDR being in favor of it, that was something I read a long time ago. So it could have been that I misunderstood, or not a particularly reliable source. But it stuck with me. If I'm wrong, it would be good to be corrected. I read a lot of history books over the years, and a few were no better than propaganda pieces to make someone look bad, or good.
I used to think FDR was a great statesman, because of how many times I heard or read that in school. But I loved to read history books, and by the time I went to college, I had my doubts. As I read more books written by people who played a role in WWII (from multiple perspectives and authors from different countries), FDR looked more and more like a POS. When I read Infamy, I was able to relate it to other things I had read, and the pieces all fit.
Sadly, I didn't pay as much attention to the unelected officials I read about, as I should have. When I read history books now, the unelected officials are glaringly corrupt, in spite of any "concerns for the economy" and "patriotic" labels that are applied to them. They are no different than the WEF and WHO today - except for being advisors embedded into cabinet and administrative posts.
FDR dying in the same month as Hitler had always struck with me. Only much much later, understanding how symbolism works, it started making sense.
No worries. Whether FDR pushed for it or not, hardly matters. My own view is that, FDR had to be running the show throughout the WW2 to make sure no illusions were accidentally shattered. However, by setting that precedant, they were worried that it might backfire next time, so like they always do, they closed the door behind them.
I don't know much about FDR to make a judgement whether he was an unwitting pawn or he knew exactly what he was doing. My guess is, its a bit of both, but regardless he was absolutely instrumental in ensuring KGB infiltration of US at all levels, the fruits of which we are just starting to see in open. Yeah, its ironic that now the guy from KGB is one of our saviours!
Please do share some of the books about WW2 that provided non mainstream perspectives.
WEF/WHO etc just created a oneworld container for their puppets who had to be managed separately in each country until then. This is why they want one world government. Makes it more efficient to enslave humanity.
I read a lot of library books back in the day. And borrowed some from a friend who is big into history. My personal library is rather small. So I don't recall the names of the books now. I also read a number of WWII fiction novels. Since those were written by people who experienced WWII at the time, they actually expose little details. I wouldn't have noticed them at the time, but when you read something that correlates in a more factual historical record, it's something that kind of rings a little bell.
Anyway, I always recommend Game of The Foxes (Farago) and A Man Called Intrepid (Stevenson). They are complimentary in that they explore the spy game from the allied and German perspectives. Propaganda is just as effective now as it was then. At least before Q came along. And the MSM hasn't changed much since then. I bought those 2 quite a long time back. One is priced at $1.95, if that tells you anything. But those opened my eyes to how the media is used to control populations. Not just lying to the people, or pushing narratives, but how they also promote groups to push agendas or distract from important issues - no different than Antifa or BLM.
Toland's books are good. He smelled a rat early on.
Anyway - until later friend & patriot....
Thanks fren.
